You can watch these inside the JCF Coaching App while training, ensuring you feel confident performing every movement.

Can I join if I don’t go to the gym?

Yes! All training plans are personalised to you. -whether you train at a gym, have a few bits of equipment at home, or none at all. We’ll tailor your program to suit your setup, and you’ll still be able to get great results.

What if I have dietary restrictions, preferences, or follow a plant-based diet?

No problem at all! Your nutrition plan is fully personalised to suit your dietary needs and preferences. After you sign up, we’ll gather this info in your onboarding form and create a plan that includes foods you enjoy and aligns with your lifestyle.

If I live in New Zealand or overseas, can I still join?

Yes! The JCF 8 Week Challenge is fully online and open to participants worldwide. You can access all programs, meal plans, and coaching remotely via the JCF Coaching App.
