DAILY HABITS

We add a simple daily goals checklist in your app so you can tick off the habits that support your progress. This includes your step goal, fluid intake, sleep, and other lifestyle actions that keep you consistent and moving towards your goals.

REGULAR CHECK-INS & ACCOUNTABILITY

You’ll have your own JCF Coach supporting you through 1:1 in-app messaging, voice notes, and video messages, plus regular structured check-ins to keep you on track and feeling supported every step of the way.
