How It Works

Step 1

Purchase & Get Started

Once you purchase your custom program, you’ll create your JCF Coaching account and complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire. This helps your coach understand your goals, available equipment, nutrition preferences and training preferences to build a program that works for you.

Step 2

We Build Your Perfect Program

Your coach will build a fully customised program tailored to your needs, training style, nutrition preferences and available equipment.

Once completed, your plan will be uploaded to your JCF Coaching app within 1-2 days, and your coach will message you when it’s ready. (If you need any tweaks, we’ll make adjustments to ensure your program is exactly what you need.)

Step 3

Train Hard. See Results.

Once your plan is ready, it’s time to start training and making progress! Follow your workouts and track your nutrition through the JCF Coaching app, track your progress, and stay accountable. Your transformation starts now - let’s get after it! 💪🔥
