Questions You Might Have

Secure your spot

Are the meal plans personalised and family-friendly?

Definitely. Every meal plan is tailored towards your lifestyle, goals, food preferences, and day-to-day routine. We ask what foods you enjoy, what you don’t like, what your work and home life look like, and we build your plan around that. We also keep budget-friendly meals and ingredients in mind too.

How often do I get new meal plans?

You’ll receive two single-day meal plans to begin with which gives you ample variety across the week. At your midway check-in, you have the option for two new fresh plans giving you up to four meal plan variations across the 8 weeks.

A lot of our clients will rotate between both plans throughout the fortnight, and during your halfway check-in, you can always request new meals, recipes, or adjustments from your coach.

We also coach you on how to easily swap meals, eat out, include takeout, and make your favourite foods fit your macros so the plan still works in real life.

Can I join if I don't live in Australia?

Yes! We support clients from all over the world through our online coaching.

Will I be locked into a contract?

We offer both one-time upfront plans and weekly coaching subscriptions.

Our weekly coaching has an 8-week minimum commitment simply because real results take time and consistency. After that, you’re free to continue or cancel anytime.

I’ve never been to the gym before. Can you still help me?

100%.

Every workout inside the app comes with exercise tutorials filmed by our team, showing you exactly how to set up the equipment and perform each movement properly so you feel confident walking into the gym.

I train at home. Can you still build me a program?

Of course.

Whether you train at home, have a full home gym setup, train in a commercial gym, or have no equipment at all, we’ll build your program around what you actually have access to.
