JCF Coaching x Nordhaus Sauna Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Information

This giveaway is conducted by:
• JC Health & Fitness PTY LTD 13 656 887 204, referred to as “the Promoter”
• In collaboration with Nordhaus Wellness 35668106143, referred to as “the Collaborator”

The promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and is open to residents of Australia.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to enter, individuals must:
• Be 18 years or older at the time of entry
• Be a resident of Australia
• Follow both Instagram accounts: @jcf_coaching_ and @nordhaus_wellness
• Provide a valid full name, email address, and phone number at the time of entry

Only one entry per person is permitted. Any duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Entry Method

To enter, participants must:
• Complete the entry form provided via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or any official landing page used by JCF Coaching
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions
• No purchase is required to enter

4. Giveaway Period

Entries open on Sunday, 31st August 2025] at 12:00 AM AEST, and close on Sunday, 14th September 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.

No entries will be accepted after this time.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive their choice of either:
• A 2-Person Traditional Sauna from Nordhaus Wellness
OR
• A 2-Person Infrared Sauna from Nordhaus Wellness

6. Shipping Terms
• Shipping costs up to $750 AUD are covered by Nordhaus Wellness
• If delivery costs exceed this amount, the winner is responsible for covering the difference
• The sauna is delivered flat-packed on a pallet (approx. 220kg)

7. Setup & Installation
• The traditional sauna heater requires installation by a qualified electrician
• Setup, installation, and any associated costs are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner
• The sauna does not require drainage, but must meet clearance guidelines (see product specifications on Nordhaus.com.au)

8. Prize Conditions
• The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable for any other goods or services
• The prize must be accepted as awarded
• The winner may choose between the Traditional or Infrared sauna models as listed. No cash or credit will be provided for any difference in retail value between the two models.
• The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, or the Promoter reserves the right to redraw
• In the event that the sauna is not in stock at the time of the draw, the winner will receive the prize as soon as it becomes available. Nordhaus will keep the winner informed of expected delivery timelines and ensure the sauna is delivered promptly once stock is received.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected via random draw using third-party app on 15th September, 2025

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner (e.g., proof of following Instagram accounts, age, residency).

10. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or entrants if:
• Entry details are incomplete, false, or misleading
• The entrant is found to have unfollowed either Instagram account before the draw
• There is evidence of fraudulent or automated entries

11. Privacy & Marketing Use

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to:
• The use of their personal details for the purposes of administering the giveaway
• Receive marketing communications from JCF Coaching and Nordhaus Wellness
• Their name and/or Instagram handle being announced publicly if selected as the winner

Personal data will be handled in accordance with each brand’s respective [Privacy Policy].

12. Liability

The Promoter and Collaborator accept no responsibility for:
• Late, lost, or misdirected entries
• Technical difficulties
• Any costs associated with setup, usage, or installation of the prize
• Any tax implications from accepting the prize (independent advice recommended)

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the promotion if necessary.

13. Exclusions

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of JCF Coaching or Nordhaus Wellness are not eligible to enter.
