Get Started

Are the meal plans personalised and family-friendly?

Definitely. Every meal plan is tailored towards your lifestyle, goals, food preferences, and day-to-day routine.We ask what foods you enjoy, what you don’t like, what your work and home life look like, and we build your plan around that. We also keep budget-friendly meals and ingredients in mind too.

How often do I get new meal plans?

You’ll receive two separate single-day meal plans to give you more variety across the week.

A lot of our clients will rotate between both plans throughout the fortnight, and during your check-ins, you can always request new meals, recipes, or adjustments from your coach.

We also coach you on how to easily swap meals, eat out, include takeout, and make your favourite foods fit your macros so the plan still works in real life.

Do you work with people outside of Australia?

Yes! We support clients from all over the world through our online coaching.

Will I be locked into a contract?

We offer both one-time upfront plans and weekly coaching subscriptions.

Our weekly coaching has an 8-week minimum commitment simply because real results take time and consistency. After that, you’re free to continue or cancel anytime.

Can I choose what coach I work with?

You can request which coach you’d prefer to work with.

Just keep in mind that some coaches may have limited availability depending on how full their client list is at the time, so we will match you with the best coach for you. Feel free to contact us beforehand if you have someone specific in mind.

I’ve never been to the gym before. Can you still help me?

100%.

Every workout inside the app comes with exercise tutorials filmed by our team, showing you exactly how to set up the equipment and perform each movement properly so you feel confident walking into the gym.

I train at home. Can you still build me a program?

Of course.

Whether you train at home, have a full home gym setup, train in a commercial gym, or have no equipment at all, we’ll build your program around what you actually have access to.
