Who’s Eligible?

This guarantee is available exclusively to clients who commit to:

• A 3-month upfront coaching plan, or
  
• A 6-month upfront coaching plan
  

Weekly payment plans are not eligible for the 90-Day Guarantee.

What You Need to Do

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria throughout your 90-day coaching period:

Follow Your Nutrition Plan

• Hit your assigned calorie and macro targets every day
  
• Log your meals consistently in MyFitnessPal or the JCF Coaching app
  

Complete All Training Sessions

• Follow your personalised workout program
  
• Log all workouts in the JCF Coaching app
  

Meet Your Weekly Step Target

• Achieve your coach-assigned step goal each week
  
• Steps must be tracked using the JCF Coaching app or a connected wearable device
  

Check In with Your Coach

• Complete all weekly or fortnightly check-ins as scheduled
  
• Respond to messages and implement all coaching feedback
  

Stay Consistent with Daily Habits

• Complete all daily lifestyle and mindset tasks
  
• Tick off each habit inside the JCF Coaching app using the daily checklist
  

1. Communicate Openly
   

• Keep in regular contact with your coach
  
• Let us know early if you’re struggling so we can support and adjust the plan
  

Additional Terms

• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of your 90-day period ending
  
• You must provide proof of compliance through logged data in the JCF Coaching app, check-in forms, and food tracking logs
  
• Refunds apply only to your initial upfront payment amount
  
• Clients who do not meet all criteria listed above will not be eligible for a refund
